Delivery charges vary depending on the value of the order. Most orders up to the value of £50.00 are dispatched by Royal Mail, and will cost £3.50. Orders over £50.00 will be sent via next working day courier and will cost from £7.50 to £20.00. We will always let you know what the shipping cost will be before you place your order.

Water butts and composting items are shipped free of charge.

We are able to accept payment via debit and credit card using our prefered payment processor SagePay. We are also able to accept payments via PayPal. We do not accept American Express at present.

In most cases orders will arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Orders that are placed before 1:00pm will dispatched the same day.

Water butts and composting products may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Once your order has been placed you should receive an email notification that your order has been accepted. After that you will be updated on the status of your order via email.

You will receive a VAT invoice from Aqualogic (WC) Ltd, who operate this store on behalf of Business Stream. This invoice will be marked as paid in full.
